Payment:
Myinnacleservice Products accepts PayPal Only.
Myinnacleservice Products does not accept any other payment Method.
Order processing:
Orders placed with free Shipping (Monday through Friday, selecting free shipping ,China post air mail, singapore Post) are subject to a 3-business day processing time. Please allow 3 business days for these orders to be processed and shipped from our Shenzhen, China location.
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (DHL,fedex,UPS) are subject to a 2-business day processing time. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day.
Paymen processing:
Please follow the checkout process after placing your order. However if there is any questions regarding shipments we will send you an invoice after the order is placed if you do not finish the checkout.
Once an order has been submitted, but you buy wrong product.
If you’d like to modify or change an order, please Contact us to cancel your order and initiate a new order.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your existing order, please notify us as soon as possible!
Orders can be cancelled before shippingstage without penalty.
Orders released to shipping cannot be cancelled, but some orders may be returned after you receive it.
Orders containing non-return and special order items cannot be cancelled.
Duplicate Orders:
We screen for duplicate orders as a courtesy (and may notify you about an order that matches the criteria - placed within a few days of each other & containing the same item or items), but ultimately it is your responsibility to notify us about a duplicate order.
