Warranty& Returns

 Warranty

We offer a 90-days warranty for any product we sold.
The warranty starts from the date you received the parcel.

Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired, damaged or abused by anyone.

 

Return Policy

Unwanted parts may be returned for refund within 15 calendar days ,start from you received the parcel.
Products must be in good condition to qualify for return. Some parts do not quality for return once installed.
Products with physical damage caused by return shipping do not qualify for return / refund, but you may be able to file a claim with the shipping company.
A 20% fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing & product restocking / testing.
Products that are defective on arrival (DOA) or fail during the warranty period can be exchanged or grant a full refund (EXCLUDING shipping and handling charges)
All returns must be pre-authorized by requesting an RMA number, which is valid for 30 days.
We guarantee compatibility of parts only if a valid unit serial number is provided with the order.
defective products may be exchanged for an identical product within the warranty period. Beyond warranty exchange, the product will become your properly, which you may use or resell at your discretion

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Liability

If the order was shipped incorrectly (significantly not as described or wrong quantity), we will pay for regular ground shipping of a replacement order as well as reimburse you for regular return shipping.
If the order contains DOA (Dead On Arrival) items and you want us to replace it, we will pay for regular ground shipping of a replacement order as well as reimburse you for regular return shipping.
If the order contains DOA (Dead On Arrival) items and you don't want a replacement, we will pay or reimburse you for regular ground return shipping.
DOA items must be reported within 15 calendar days. DOA / defective items are subject to inspection by our technicians when returned.
If return defective items for replacement after 15 calendar days, but within the warranty period, we will pay for regular ground shipping of a replacement order. Return shipping is your responsibility.
If you return unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, return shipping is your responsibility.

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within Six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business days), and you will get refund from Paypal.
