Good motherboard, but don't use all RAM installed.

Good Morning.
I've tested the motherboard and almost everything is fine, but only 3.2GB of 8GB (2x4GB, with the same specifications) installed are usable, with a reinstallation of Windows 10 pro 64-bit and the latest BIOS version that the board supports. I have tested the RAMs with various troubleshooting programs, and they do not present any problems.
